{"id":476,"date":"2023-11-17T12:30:52","date_gmt":"2023-11-17T11:30:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.vascular-academy.com\/?p=476"},"modified":"2024-11-26T17:08:50","modified_gmt":"2024-11-26T16:08:50","slug":"pulswellen-parameter","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vascular-academy.com\/de\/parameter-und-indikatoren\/pulswellen-parameter\/","title":{"rendered":"Pulswellen-Parameter"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mp_wrapper\">\n  <div class=\"mepr-unauthorized-excerpt\">\n    \n<p>Aus aufgezeichneten Pulswellen und EKG-Spuren lassen sich weitere wichtige Parameter und Indikatoren ableiten:<\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.vascular-academy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/pulswave-parameter.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-477\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Amplitude A<\/strong>: Die H\u00f6he vom Beginn des steilsten Anstiegs bis zum h\u00f6chsten Punkt der Pulskurve ist die Amplitude.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Oszillometrischer Index<\/strong>: Der oszillometrische Index markiert die Druckstufe, bei der die h\u00f6chste Amplitude gemessen wurde und ist vergleichbar mit dem mittleren arteriellen Druck.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Anstiegszeit t<\/strong><strong>G<\/strong>: Die Anstiegszeit markiert das Zeitintervall vom steilsten Anstieg bis zum h\u00f6chsten Punkt der Pulskurve. Manchmal auch als \u201ePeak Time\u201c oder \u201eTime-To-Peak\u201c bezeichnet.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Abfallzeit t<\/strong><strong>A<\/strong>: Die Abfallzeit bezeichnet die Zeit vom h\u00f6chsten Punkt der Pulskurve bis zum Beginn der n\u00e4chsten Pulskurve.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Anstieg bis Abfall<\/strong>: Der in Prozent angegebene Quotient aus Anstiegszeit und Abfallzeit.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Zeitverschiebung \u2206t<\/strong>: Die Zeitverschiebung, gemessen zwischen dem Startpunkt beider Pulskurven, zeigtdie Laufzeitdifferenz zwischen der linken und der rechten Extremit\u00e4t.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pulslaufzeit t<\/strong><strong>PW<\/strong>: Die Pulslaufzeit ist die Zeit zwischen der R-Zacke des EKGs und dem Beginn der Pulswelle.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pulswellengeschwindigkeit&nbsp;<\/strong>(PWG): Die Pulswellengeschwindigkeit kann aus der Laufzeit und der gemessenen Distanz berechnet werden. Sie wird normalerweise in Metern pro Sekunde angegeben. PWG ist ein direkter Indikator f\u00fcr die arterielle Steifigkeit des Patienten.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Zentrale Pulswellengeschwindigkeit&nbsp;<\/strong>(cPWG): Die PWG kann f\u00fcr verschiedene Abschnitte des Gef\u00e4\u00dfsystems gemessen werden. Wenn nicht anders angegeben, bezieht sich der Begriff PWG normalerweise auf die cPWG, also die PWG in den gro\u00dfen Arterien des Thorax, haupts\u00e4chlich der Aorta.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reflexionsindex&nbsp;<\/strong>(RI): Ist das Verh\u00e4ltnis zwischen der Amplitudenh\u00f6he der Pulswelle und der H\u00f6he ihrer dikroten Welle. Es ist ein Indikator f\u00fcr die Steifheit der Arterie.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Steifigkeitsindex&nbsp;<\/strong>(SI): Ist die Beziehung zwischen der Amplitudenh\u00f6he der Pulswelle und der Zeitverz\u00f6gerung zwischen systolischen und diastolischen Spitzen.
