Das Transatlantic Inter-Society Consensus Document on Management of Peripheral Arterial Disease (TASC) empfiehlt die Bestimmung des systolischen Zehendrucks zur Diagnose von CLI (kritische Extremit\u00e4tenisch\u00e4mie). Es ist auch wertvoll bei der Beurteilung schwerer peripherer arterieller Verschlusskrankheit, insbesondere bei Patienten mit Diabetes, bei denen die Messung von Kn\u00f6cheldruck und ABI oft unzuverl\u00e4ssig ist (aufgrund der lokalen Versteifung der Arterienwand).<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Messprinzip<\/h2>\n<p>Zur Erfassung der notwendigen Druckwerte werden Zehenmanschetten verwendet und distal von den Manschetten optische PPG-Sensoren zur Pulswellenaufzeichnung angebracht. Anschlie\u00dfend werden die Manschetten aufgepumpt, um die Zehenarterien zu komprimieren und damit das PPG-Signal abzuflachen (Arterienverschluss) und danach kontinuierlich wieder freigegeben, bis die ersten Pulswellenschwingungen registriert werden k\u00f6nnen, die dann als systolischer Zehendruck bestimmt werden. Das Messverfahren zur Bestimmung des systolischen Fingerdrucks ist identisch.<\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.vascular-academy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/oad-methode-1024x492.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-577\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p>Ein normaler Zehendruck ist etwa 30 mmHg geringer als der Kn\u00f6cheldruck.
